Tajima’s TEJT-IIC1501 or NEOII as it has become known, has been upgraded to include some up to the minute technology. Fast Ethernet and USB ports have been added to open up new, faster networking and data transfer capabilities, a new control panel, increased memory capacity, new motor and PCB technology and compatibility with some of Tajima’s most desirable options, including high-speed sequin device and cording and looping device, complete the upgrade. The machine remains one of the few true industrial quality compact, cylinder arm/drop table single-head embroidery machines in our market and will give years of service in a demanding commercial environment.
The NEO concept was developed to meet an increasing need for a compact, fully specified, high quality machine that could be transported to shows, fairs or exhibitions or sited economically in a retail environment where space is a commodity. Although compact in size, it offers big machine performance and boasts an embroidery field area of 360mm x 500mm.
It is offered, as standard, with fifteen colours giving ultimate flexibility for multi-colour logo`s or designs, as it will limit the downtime needed to prepare the machine for the next job, as will the standard quick changeover framing systems.
The standard specification includes machine stand, wide cap frame system, a selection of frames and Tajima DGML by Pulse "Mosaic" lettering software. Upgrading to higher capability software is simple with our modular systems. (Details available on request). It is possible to connect the machine directly to a PC via serial cable or the new Fast Ethernet facility and it will also read standard USB memory sticks.
A design catalogue containing 5,000 ready made designs of various themes is available as a bolt-on option to any of our software systems. The designs can be used “as is” or can be re-sized and/or personlised using the available lettering fonts and arrangements (Price on application).
For the new embroiderer there is also a starter pack of threads and consumables delivered with the machine. This pack contains a selection of embroidery threads, bobbin thread, non-woven backing, embroidery scissors, and a thread shade card.
Also included as standard is delivery, installation, on-site machine operator training, two years on-site warranty (not back to base) and free telephone support.
