Just a quick email to say thank you. The Diamond machine arrived on time and Joe did a grand job of setting it up and showing me how to use it. I've had little time to play with it so far but I'm impressed with the weight of fabric it can handle. All I need now is a flood of orders for tonneau covers and horse rug repairs and I'll pay for the machine in less than ten years! Thanks again.

Dear Mark, The Adjustoform I ordered on Monday 27th arrived on Tuesday 28th, it is exactly what I (or more specificially my daughter) wanted & the price was very competitive. The people I spoke to at Hobkirks were both pleasant and helpful.

Hi Gordon, What a legend! I picked up the scissors this morning and they are EXACTLY like the first pair of Mundial 5-1/2" I ever owned and lasted 13 years. Provided my kids don't get hold of these ones, 5 pairs should do me for life! I'm so happy. Thank you so much for all your help, and especialy for posting to the other side of the globe. The US just won't do it, but I never seem to have any issues with things from the UK, and so fast as well. I will recommend a local quilting shop buy these scissors from you guys... Thanks again! I just want to say how pleased I am with your fantastic service. I broke my sensor q foot on my machine on Thursday afternoon, emailed an order on Friday and received a replacement first thing on Saturday morning! Just like to say a thank you for the service that I have received from yourselves. Late last year I purchased the Janome MC6600p after a few teething problems, I can say how pleased I am with this machine. I would recommend this machine to anyone from a beginner to a professional. I make bespoke soft furnishings from home; I have found myself using my MC6600p more than my Brother Industrial sewing machine. The 1 step button hole is fantastic. The Accu-feed system works a treat. This machine is well worth the money. Thank you Martin and your staff for your assistance with helping me to choose this machine.

Part 1: I ordered a dress form and chalk hem marker today from this company and I just wanted to say that dealing with them so far has been great! I had a couple of questions about delivery which I sent by email on Wednesday as I wasn't able to talk on the phone. Of the three companies I emailed, only Hobkirk came back to me!They did so within the hour, answering each question I had asked. When a couple more questions popped to my head, again without complaint they answered them all promptly and courteously.
I phoned in to order today as I had some special delivery requests and they remembered my emails and took the order no problems. I'm expecting my form tomorrow, but just had to say that this is how customers hould be treated! Well done Hobkirk!
I can't understand why other firms can't be like this?? If you put contact details up on your site, then the least you can do is respond to potential customers. That's two companies who lost out on a sale just because they couldn't be bothered to answer an email!
Part 2: Well, the form and chalk marker arrived today before 9am as requested, she's all set up now, so I can dream about her all day at work - thanks Hobkirk!!
