Over&­above the machine, I have to say Hobkirks have been brilliant. Answered patiently any questions I had (Mark that's you ) & David&­young man brought machine on time&­with everything I ordered . David was fantastic  spent as long as I needed to feel at ease with machine, covered everything I needed to know made sure I changed the feet&had a play with machine . This is an amazing machine. Its my first industrial walking foot machine, however I knew exactly what I needed a machine to do/­have&­it does not disappoint.  Its got great build quality, fantastic flawless stitching, simple to use. I thought I'd feel as though machine was intimidating  but it's control­lable, smooth&­quiet, I LOVE LOVE LOVE it ❤

Would like to thank the friendly team at the Blackburn store. Marcus & Linda (& the other lady.) Had a problem with a pair of scissors, Marcus dealt with the situation like a gentleman!

I cannot praise HobkirkS enough when purchasing my Brother XR37NT Sewing machine. I ordered it online one night, I had a call from the shop the very next day advising me it was being shipped out that day and I received it the very next day in Sunderland! I really appreciated the personal touch of ringing me. I would certainly recommend using Hobkirks and hopefully, one day, I may even be able to visit the shop and thank them in person xx

A big thank you to Marcus. The machine I wanted was out of stock but with Marcus' help I decided on an alternative. I couldn't be happier. Really friendly and professional service and next day delivery. What more could I want. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Dear Hobkirks, I wanted to say thank you to the entire Hobkirk’s team for their expert and friendly advice since I started to sew. I recently bought a Juki MO 1000 Overlocker having been shown a whole range. As I had never used an overlocker before I attended Elaine’s Beginner and Intermediate classes to learn all about my fantastic new machine. Elaine is a patient and excellent teacher and I now can’t stop finding projects to use my overlocker with! Thank you again and see you soon, Best wishes, Linda

Bought a dress form because the price was the best I could find although I had never heard of the company before. It was delivered with other items to the other end of England in less than 48 hours. Would definitely use again.

I would just like to thank you for the excellent service. I wish every company was so good.  Please pass on my thanks to the guys who delivered my new machine this morning.  They were very pleasant and were able to answer all my questions. I have never been near an industrial machine before and thought it would be daunting / scary but I would recommend the Zoje I purchased to anyone.

Dear Marcus,

I just wanted to write this short note to thank you for the professional way in which my purchase of the Brother 6-needle embroidery machine was handled. The entire transaction went quick and very smoothly and it was a pleasure to deal with you all Hobkirks.

Thanks so much for arranging all the paperwork, the installation and training, but also the goodie box - it was like an early Christmas present. It's all great but I was also particularly interested in the spray oil which I wasn't aware of as a product, and is very useful indeed.

Finally please extend my warmest thanks to Lewis for the installation and training. Lewis is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and did his utmost to ensure that I fully understand how the machine operates, and gave me reassurance that if I needed assistance at a later stage that I could just contact your offices. I appreciate the fact that it was a very long day for Lewis as he had to get up long before the crack of dawn to start his travels, but it didn't show, and he conducted his task with enthusiasm.

I would most certainly contact Hobkirk for all my future related needs.
