Part 1: I ordered a dress form and chalk hem marker today from this company and I just wanted to say that dealing with them so far has been great! I had a couple of questions about delivery which I sent by email on Wednesday as I wasn't able to talk on the phone. Of the three companies I emailed, only Hobkirk came back to me!They did so within the hour, answering each question I had asked. When a couple more questions popped to my head, again without complaint they answered them all promptly and courteously. I phoned in to order today as I had some special delivery requests and they remembered my emails and took the order no problems. I'm expecting my form tomorrow, but just had to say that this is how customers hould be treated! Well done Hobkirk! I can't understand why other firms can't be like this?? If you put contact details up on your site, then the least you can do is respond to potential customers. That's two companies who lost out on a sale just because they couldn't be bothered to answer an email! Part 2: Well, the form and chalk marker arrived today before 9am as requested, she's all set up now, so I can dream about her all day at work - thanks Hobkirk!!
