What is your returns policy for items purchased online?

We are pleased to offer a fair and equitable returns policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights.

Should your purchase disappoint you in any way, you may return your order, provided you notify us before or within 14 days of delivery. Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned at your cost with the original box, packing and accessories.

If for any reason your order arrives damaged or faulty then please contact Hobkirks within 72hrs of the delivery, we will then be able to help resolve the issue accordingly.

Please note: we do not accept returns on anything that is cut to order. Should your order arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us to discuss replacement products.
