What should I do if my order has failed online?

We can often see your failed order on our system, allowing us to find out exactly what you tried to buy, how much for and why it failed. With this information we can help you process your order using one of the two options below.
We can process the order over the phone for you where you can pay using your card. You will then receive an invoice via email (if required) and your card receipt with the goods.
We can send you an invoice via email for payment to be made by a bank transfer.
However you wish to proceed is no problem, we are always happy to help.
