William Hobkirk opened his first sewing machine shop in Blackburn in 1903, and the business is still run by the Hobkirk family today. From our shop and head office on Darwen Street, we supply home sewers, quilters and crafters across the UK, and industrial machines to manufacturers, workrooms and print businesses.
