Elaine spent over an hour demonstrating the Janme 5270 to me. She was very thorough and made sure that sure that I understood everything before moving onto the to the next topic. As a result I walked out of the shop the proud owner of a new sewing machine. I was invited to return if I had any problems/questions in future and needed a demonstration of some of the more advanced features. The really is excellent customer service! Thank you.

I am very impressed with the machine but even more impressed with the excellent service from your staff and especially Elaine who demonstrated the machine with expertise and more importantly she was so friendly.

I can’t recommend Hobkirk Sewing Machines highly enough. I’ve purchased several industrial machines from them, including a Zoje ZJ781-BD lockstitch buttonhole machine, a Juki, and a blind hem machine, along with accessories such as a binder feet, spools, and much more.

From start to finish, the service has been outstanding. The team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to make sure I had the right machines and accessories for my needs. Any questions I had were answered clearly, and their support didn’t stop once the sale was complete.

Tatiana has helped me both times she is so knowledgeable, lots of machines set up so you can try different ones to get the one that’s right for you. Support is fab, I know I can ring or call in anytime if I need any more help on using machines. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Booked a demonstration of the Juki DX 7 sewing machine with Elaine last week. I had already bought a Babylock Euphoria cover stitch machine 18 months ago and a Babylock Acclaim overlockers last April from Hobkirks. Elaine was very helpful and showed me how the machine worked and all the functions. I had brought with me samples of material as my present machine did not like doing buttonholes. We tried numerous buttonholes on all the samples I brought and the machine did everyone beautifully. I bought the machine there and then. I am coming back in the New Year for my free lesson to learn how to quilt on the machine. Thank you Elaine for your great help. It was much appreciated. I recommend Hobkirks for all your sewing needs.
