My "Diana" dress form arrived next day. Excellent service thank you and the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful (and cheerful) Makes a nice change.

I would like you to know after visiting your Blackburn Lancs shop, on several occasions recently. your staff are so attentive, helpful,and more than all friendly, making me feel I am the most important person in the shop, even when obviously very busy. A big THANKYOU especially to Kath who is full of good ideas and very helpful in the craft department, she is amazing, and always smiling, she is a credit to Hobkirks, please pass on my thanks to all but in particular Kath. From a loyal and happy customer.

Just a quick email to let you know we are thrilled with our new machine. A great addition to our equipment line-up and a big saving on "New". Exactly as you described and in "as new" condition. We have put it through its paces and it is superb. I must mention Dean, a very agreeable man and a credit to Hobkirks. Well done to you all, I just wish all our suppliers were as professional. Thanks once again. Definitely on our recommended list.

I'd just like to thank Martin for his help yesterday in finding me an extension table to fit my machine, and especially for the superfast delivery. I couldn't believe my eyes when my order was delivered today! That's truly excellent service.

Mr Hobkirk, please will you pass on my thanks to Mr Whitworth for his time and knowledge in helping me decide on a new sewing machine. He was most helpful without being pushy in any way (much appreciated too!). My new machine arrived today and I am so excited to get sewing with it.
