I would like to say a big thank you the services and friendliness shown to us lasy Saturday, when I brought my 16 year old grand-daughter to buy a sewing machine. We purchased a Janome 301 of which my grand-daughter and her mum are delighted with. I felt very much that we were VIP's and if all your customers are treat as we were, you can be very proud of yourselves. I will be back and recommend you strongly to others.

I just want to convey an enormous thank you to Marcus Gannon for the excellent service that we received today whilst purchasing a Janome machine...it was second to none!! He showed excellent customer care and provided an A1 personal service on offering our daughter advice and tuition on the machine.
