Tatiana has helped me both times she is so knowledgeable, lots of machines set up so you can try different ones to get the one that’s right for you. Support is fab, I know I can ring or call in anytime if I need any more help on using machines. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Booked a demonstration of the Juki DX 7 sewing machine with Elaine last week. I had already bought a Babylock Euphoria cover stitch machine 18 months ago and a Babylock Acclaim overlockers last April from Hobkirks. Elaine was very helpful and showed me how the machine worked and all the functions. I had brought with me samples of material as my present machine did not like doing buttonholes. We tried numerous buttonholes on all the samples I brought and the machine did everyone beautifully. I bought the machine there and then. I am coming back in the New Year for my free lesson to learn how to quilt on the machine. Thank you Elaine for your great help. It was much appreciated. I popped into Hobkirk Blackburn to have a demo of an overlocker, Janome 8004D. I didn't have an appointment, but Tatiana was happy to show me the machine. She was very patient with me, especially as I hadn't even seen an overlocker before! I bought the product and even though I haven't had much time to play with it yet, I can see that it will take my sewing to the next level.

I’m very happy with my purchase. Was dealt with very well and patiently through the demonstration of the machine. Excellent service.
