I just wanted to say a big thank you for the wonderful service you offer.

I ordered x3 advent panels on line yesterday-that was Tuesday afternoon at 3pm, they arrived here in Suffolk at 12md today, Wednesday, delivered by by the good old postman.

Already cut out and for sewing tomorrow.

Not only did I get that, I was given a full demonstration and tuition & all my questions answered. It was no problem to try a second machine, and test out different presser feet. Absolutely lovely staff, very patient, & no hard sell. Steph even carried the machine out to the car for me. Came away with the perfect machine for my needs, and a load of good tips, including sewing machine care. If only all businesses were run like this! You’ve won a loyal customer here.

I’ve shopped at Hobkirks for a long time - always received super service and everyone is very helpful. I don’t get to Blackburn very often now unfortunately but staff are equally helpful on the phone with super fast delivery
