Many talk about the importance of good customer service but in my experience it is generally declining which is why I have been so impressed with Hobkirks.

Hi Gordon, What a legend! I picked up the scissors this morning and they are EXACTLY like the first pair of Mundial 5-1/2" I ever owned and lasted 13 years. Provided my kids don't get hold of these ones, 5 pairs should do me for life! I'm so happy. Thank you so much for all your help, and especialy for posting to the other side of the globe. The US just won't do it, but I never seem to have any issues with things from the UK, and so fast as well. I will recommend a local quilting shop buy these scissors from you guys... Thanks again!
