I called in yesterday with my mum who wanted a new sewing machine. The service we received was fantastic. Tatiana took great care to understand mum's needs and ensure that she got a suitable machine. Then we spent over half an hour while she first showed mum how to use the machine and then let mum have a go herself.
Brilliant service which you don't get from either the internet or non-specialist retailers.

The service I received was first class from Marcus who shown me everything I needed to know about the machine before leaving the premises and I was also offered a free class the following week to show me everything the machine can do. Ever since I bought the machine I have used it every day and had no problems what so ever. I would strongly recommend buying from them if you need to replace an old machine.
