Spoke to Tatiana late on Friday afternoon and ordered a machine. Explained that I'd like it as soon as possible because my current wouldn't sew properly. She went above and beyond for me and my new machine was delivered Monday morning. Can't praise enough...­excellent customer service, and I love the machine!

Saw the sewing machine I wanted for 2 months 40% cheaper than were I lived (inc. shipping and bank transfer charge). E-mailed them to ask the details I would needed for the shipping company I was planning to use and turned out they could ship it to me overseas as well. Saved me a lot of time and effort. Arranged everything in two days and after they received the money on a Saturday, shipped it immediately the following monday. Got it in thursday. Great customer service and great prices. Thank you!

I called in yesterday with my mum who wanted a new sewing machine. The service we received was fantastic. Tatiana took great care to understand mum's needs and ensure that she got a suitable machine. Then we spent over half an hour while she first showed mum how to use the machine and then let mum have a go herself.
