Exceptional service, thank you so much! Came to buy a sewing machine and asked if I could test one out. Not only did I get that, I was given a full demonstration and tuition & all my questions answered. It was no problem to try a second machine, and test out different presser feet. Absolutely lovely staff, very patient, & no hard sell. Steph even carried the machine out to the car for me. Came away with the perfect machine for my needs, and a load of good tips, including sewing machine care. If only all businesses were run like this! You’ve won a loyal customer here.

I’ve shopped at Hobkirks for a long time - always received super service and everyone is very helpful. I don’t get to Blackburn very often now unfortunately but staff are equally helpful on the phone with super fast delivery
