Lewis is a Credit to you as an Installation and Sevrice engineer, with excelent service, and advice on all aspects of embroidery, utilising his experience from the industry. I would recommend Hobkirk's, and Ricoma Embroidery machines to anyone.

All of the staff are extremely helpful and so friendly. As a relatively new sewer I found it very useful to book a sewing machine demo with Tatiana and together we found the right machine for me. I had a little problem with the new sewing machine (a rookie silly mistake nothing at all wrong with the machine

) and Elaine was so very patient and gave me lots of helpful advice.

There’s a huge range of sewing machines (domestic and industrial) and overlockers. Loads of beautiful fabrics and a wide range of haberdashery. I definitely recommend Hobkirks.

Not only is the product substantial yet light the quality is amazing, down to the waxed legs that let you slide them in with a firm tap of your hand, no hammer needed, thank you so much, what a treat.

Every time I visit I’m never disappointed. I’ve had 4 machines now from Hobkirk and I have never had any problems. I upgrade my embroidery machines and now I have swapped to an industrial sewing machine. Lots of machines to choose from lots of beautiful fabrics.
The service you receive is second to none from waking through the door to the delivery. 100% would recommend to everyone. Looking forward to my next visit

I just wanted to reiterate what everyone else is saying in their reviews, a fabulous shop, with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I had booked to demo two machines with the help of Tatiana. Tatiana took the time to understand my needs and encouraged me to really test the two machines I had shortlisted. Suffice to say I went home with a new machine, accessories and some fabric as well. Think shopping at Hobkirks will be my new regular Saturday guilty pleasure!

Excellent service, the staff on the phone were all vey helpful, discussing my needs. The Comel boiler was delivered and installed on time and I was given thorough instructions on how to use and maintain my new product. All in all a positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
