We recieved our Ricoma EM1010 last week and have just completed our first order on the machine. This was our first visit to Hobkirks shop and definitely not our last. What a fantastic shop. We have never seen so much stock appertaining to the sewing world, from haberdashery to fabrics, machines and more. Elaine was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they have in stock and nothing was too much trouble. Elaine was very kind in allowing my husband and I to view the antique sewing machines which they have in their museum and also explaining the history and workings of the more unusual pieces. What a brilliant collection that Mr Hobkirk has built up over the years. Absolutely fantastic place and wonderful staff.
