I had my Mum’s 1950’s machine serviced here and returned today for some help with it. Elaine was fantastic and immediately sorted the problem. She then showed me the fantastic modern machines and I was amazed by what they can do! So much so that I’m going to buy one to go along side my old machine. A brilliant place for all things sewing related. Elaine is an asset. Highly recommend
The fault with my machine was fixed and I was shown how to adjust it if it happens again.
The shop is an Aladdin's cave and I really enjoyed the company and advice from the other lady (I wish I had thought to ask your names)
I can't wait to bring my Daughter and Granddaughter in to choose fabric and pattern for their matching dresses

Took it back in and was given a muppet /master class on its use from Elaine, who guided me step by step through all my failings till I could manage it.
I'm still not good...but machine is great and dragging me along with it.
Very kind staff, nothing so far has been a problem for them, great advise and patience of saints (though you can see when they think I'm stoopider than normal lol).
